We have worked in conjunction with Peter Cliff cleaning the ducting system at The Copthorne Hotels since 2003. During this time he has serviced the front and back kitchen in this hotel at monthly, three-monthly and annually intervals.

The services involve cleaning the Filters and Hoods in the Front and Back kitchens, monthly and three-monthly. annually both systems are serviced from the kitchen through all ducting into the ceiling and from there all ducting up to the fans and roof area. This is very extensive system. During our association with Peter, we have been more than satisfied with the service and standard of workmanship given. On the very rare occasion there has been a problem, on contacting Peter a crew has been dispatched to rectify the situation immediately. Peter's company holds Telarc Certification, this is reflected in the high standard of workmanship that he accepts responsibility for.

Commercial Ducting specialises in the cleaning and sanitising of commercial kitchen extractor systems to comply with Health, Fire and Insurance requirements. All of our work is to Certificate of Compliance specifications. We are IQP Registered (12a Certificate) for the work we do. We are a sound, well-established (1989) business and all our work is fully guaranteed. Our Public Liability insurance extends to $10 million. We use top quality equipment, all of which is checked regularly, sanitised before use and replaced if faulty. 

All of Comduc's cleaning and sanitising chemicals are supplied by the international company Ecolab. Their representative ensures that we are using the latest, safest and most cost effective of their products, all of which are MAF approved. Comduc's service people also participate in Ecolab comprehensive training programmes to ensure that the chemicals are handled correctly.

We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so all work is guaranteed to be done at a time most convenient for our clients. Currently we have 5 branches, located in Warkworth, Mt Maunganui, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.  We have an administration staff of ten working from our Head Office in Warkworth. Area Managers and Supervisors are based at the 4 other branches.

We work throughout NZ - from Kaitaia to Invercargill with monthly trips to most areas.
